Privacy Policy
This page explains what this review website does with information about you. It is an independent guide to RCasino. It is not the casino, it holds no player accounts and it never asks for a deposit, so the amount of data it touches is small. We still think you should see exactly what that data is.
Who we are
This website is an editorial project that reviews online casinos for readers in Australia. The people who write and maintain it are the only ones who decide what is published. We have no access to the player database, gameplay history or payment records of any casino we write about, including RCasino.
If you have a privacy question about this site, contact us through the address shown in the footer and we will answer in plain language. If your question concerns an account you hold with the casino, you need to ask the operator directly, because we cannot see or change anything there.
What we collect
When you simply read a page, our server records standard technical details: your IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not combine them with any name or email address, because we never ask for one.
We do not run registration, comments or a newsletter on this site. If you write to us by email, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to deal with it, and then delete both unless you ask us to keep them.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for basic operation, such as remembering that you dismissed a notice. Others come from an analytics tool that counts visits and shows us which sections of a review are read and which are skipped. That information is aggregated and is used to improve how reviews are laid out.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The pages will still load, though a few small conveniences may stop working.
Links to the casino
Buttons on this page lead to the RCasino website. Once you click one, you leave this site and the operator's own privacy rules apply. The operator may set its own cookies, and it may record that you arrived from a review page. We do not control that and we recommend reading the casino's policy before you register.
We never send personal details of any reader to the operator. The only thing the casino can see is that a visitor arrived through a link.
Who receives data
Data from our server logs is handled by our hosting provider, who stores it on our behalf. Analytics data is processed by the analytics service we use. We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade lists of visitors with advertisers, casinos or anyone else.
If the law requires us to hand over information, for example in response to a valid legal request, we will do so only to the extent the request demands.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we keep very little, the answer is often that there is nothing beyond routine logs, which are removed on a short cycle.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take the matter to the privacy regulator that covers your location. We would rather fix the problem first, so please write to us before you escalate it.
Age and changes
This site is written for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision, and continued use after an update means you accept the new wording.
